About The Position

Seesaw is looking for an exceptional educator to join the Professional Learning team as a Professional Learning Partner. This customer-facing role involves being a Seesaw expert to support teachers and administrators in effectively using the platform. The primary responsibility is to lead Professional Development sessions, both virtually and occasionally onsite, for groups of varying sizes. The role requires facilitating interactive and impactful training opportunities, planning sessions with administrators, scheduling customer engagements, maintaining documentation, updating content to meet customer needs, and staying knowledgeable about the latest Seesaw features and support resources. The role also involves promptly addressing and helping to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of elementary teaching experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills (bubbly personality)
  • Willing to work flexible schedule when customer demands require it (evenings, early morning, weekends as needed)- cannot have a full time job elsewhere
  • Flexibility is hugely important

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw.
  • Meet with administrators (Google Meets or phone call) to plan out professional development (virtual and onsite).
  • Make phone calls to customers to support in getting their professional development scheduled.
  • Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked.
  • Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.
  • Update content to meet customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.
  • Raise any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.
