We are seeking a licensed Land Surveyor to support residential, modular, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Southern California. This full-time hybrid field/office role involves work on boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS surveys, records of survey, and legal descriptions. The position is based in Southern California, with San Diego, Orange County, or Riverside preferred, and requires regular travel to project sites as needed; day trips are common and occasional overnight travel is possible. Field schedules are flexible. The successful candidate will conduct and supervise survey work, prepare and review mapping and survey documents, coordinate with project stakeholders, manage schedules and field crews, and ensure compliance with applicable California standards and agency requirements. The role also supports surveying proposals, cost estimates, and client communication. An active California Professional Land Surveyor license is strongly preferred; an LSIT with a clear path to licensure and relevant experience may also be considered.
