Requirements

3 Years of documented B2C sales experience
Competitive, driven, and motivated by results
Strong communicators who build trust with customers
Confident presenter with strong closing ability
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
Comfortable prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Team players who work well with leadership and support staff
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

Contacting company provided qualified leads.
Scheduling and managing appointments.
Determining customers’ wants and needs.
Offering a compelling product presentation
Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.
Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.
Documenting sales activities in our CRM.
Follow up with prospects throughout the buying process.
Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members
Reporting to management.
