Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 3 Years of documented B2C sales experience
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by results
  • Strong communicators who build trust with customers
  • Confident presenter with strong closing ability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Team players who work well with leadership and support staff
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Contacting company provided qualified leads.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Determining customers’ wants and needs.
  • Offering a compelling product presentation.
  • Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.
  • Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM.
  • Follow-up with prospects throughout the buying process.
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members.
  • Reporting to management.
