  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build relationships with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers to understand their transportation needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and ownership options.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales management and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success.
