About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Professional Housing Consultant who is assertive, self-driven, and passionate about sales and marketing. Requirements

Speak both English & Spanish
Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
Reach out to leads
Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
Achieve sales targets, and appointments
Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
