Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Competitive and motivated by performance-based income
- Comfortable building relationships and closing sales
- Professional with strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)

- Sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.
- Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.
- Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.
- Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.
- Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
