Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. The role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Additionally, the consultant will be involved in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
