Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for individuals who speak both Spanish and English and are looking to advance their sales careers. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. The role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Additionally, the position contributes to the community through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- 40 weekly hours.
