About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.

- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience is required as training and coaching will be provided.
