Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The position involves meeting sales targets and earning commission. The role requires a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. It also includes community involvement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience. Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
