About The Position

The Professional, Finance Datahub is an experienced individual supporting the design, execution, and transformation of enterprise finance data platforms within the Finance Applications IT organization. This role sits within IT Enterprise Applications and supports the SAP Finance Datahub platform by enabling efficient data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership organization. This position operates with a higher degree of independence, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and data stakeholders to support and deliver robust finance data platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience planning, designing, delivering and supporting finance platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration (ex. SLT and SDI).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP platform architecture and management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• English proficiency required.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience planning, designing, and supporting SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere and SAP BDC and integration with downstream cloud data platforms (ex. DataBricks, Snowflake, AWS).
• Experience developing SAP applications including SAP ABAP, SQL, and CDS Views.
• Experience with SAP MDG and data connections with SAP cloud platforms.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures.
• Experience delivering S/4 transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data management principles.
• SAP, CPA, CFA, or data/analytics certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and support core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP MDG Master Data Governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain finance data platforms, data pipelines, and data architectures to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data through validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
• Support the design, development, and enhancement of data architectures and data warehouse solutions.
• Build and deliver data pipelines, integrations, and backend data processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency across systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflows with AI.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
