About The Position

The Markets Professional Development Program (Markets PDP) is a full-time career opportunity designed to provide strategic and comprehensive training across State Street Markets' Sales, Trading, and Research business lines. This program is specific to State Street Markets, requiring distinct and diverse skill sets to drive global sales, trading, and business lines. Selected candidates will participate in up to 4 assignments across Markets, each lasting 6 months. These assignments are designed to provide key learning and growth opportunities, along with a deeper understanding of State Street Markets. State Street Markets is a leading provider of innovative, value-added solutions in financing, liquidity, and asset intelligence for investment professionals globally.

Requirements

• Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Strong interest in the global capital markets.
• Undergraduate degrees in computer science, data science, engineering, math, or quantitative finance.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fluid, fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong passion for learning and commitment to career development.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills required for a collegial, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional EQ.
