About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, coachable professionals to join our growing virtual team as Professional Development Associates. This opportunity combines customer service, client education, and consultative sales while providing ongoing training designed to help you strengthen your communication, business, and leadership skills. You'll work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. As a Professional Development Associate, you'll begin by learning our client service and benefits enrollment process while developing the skills necessary for increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities. Our approach centers on listening before recommending, educating rather than pressuring, understanding each client's individual needs, providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and developing future leaders from within. This is a client-facing insurance opportunity with a sales component, but our focus is on needs-based education, service, and relationship building—not high-pressure tactics.
