About The Position

The Dyer Partnership is seeking Professional Civil Engineers with experience in municipal projects related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or transportation. This role offers the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects in small to medium-sized communities in western and southwestern Oregon. The position involves direct and indirect client interaction, requires the ability to work independently with multiple demands and priorities, and provides career-long learning opportunities with a variety of projects. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
Oregon PE license, or ability to obtain, required.
Strong technical report writing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work and communicate successfully in a team environment.
Previous experience working on municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and related engineering projects (at least five years).
Quality and accuracy shall be maintained in all work.
All other tasks required to provide excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

Design of municipal civil and environmental engineering projects using AutoCAD and relevant modeling software technology.
Perform and document engineering calculations.
Prepare technical specification materials.
Handle multiple demands and rapidly changing priorities while working both independently and in a team environment.
Perform research and write technical reports for project planning and design.
Prepare engineering and construction cost estimates.
Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
Maintain accuracy and quality in work.
