About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the "Communication non verbale" (CMN2532) course during the Fall 2026 semester. The course focuses on kinesics and proxemics, studying the role of gestures, clothing, and social behavior in communication, including differences in behavior based on gender. The position is limited to Regular Part-Time Professors. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. The listed rates do not include vacation or statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. The course is scheduled for Tuesdays from 14:30 to 16:00 and Fridays from 16:00 to 17:30, and will be offered in person.

Requirements

• Hold a Ph.D. or a Master's degree in Communication (preferred).
• Possess expertise or professional experience directly related to the course content.
• Have teaching experience in the course subject area (an asset).

Responsibilities
