About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach Advanced German I (ALG3901, Section A) during the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Arts, Department of Modern Languages and Literatures. The course focuses on the expansion of intermediate German skills, including listening comprehension, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and cross-cultural awareness. Requirements
- Master's degree in German or equivalent
- Recent experience in teaching Advanced German with computer-assisted language learning (CALL) or equivalent
- Familiarity with recent teaching methodologies in teaching German
- Bilingual (French and English)
