About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Culture et littérature françaises : du XIXe siècle à nos jours (FRA1748, Section B) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course focuses on the emergence of literary modernity in France and Quebec, presenting key authors and literary movements from 1800 to the present. Assignments include reading reports, summaries, and text analysis. The course will be delivered in person.

Requirements

• Doctorat en lettres françaises
• Have already taught at least one literature course.
• Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
• Canadian or permanent resident status (priority given).

• An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
