About The Position

This is a part-time professor position for the Winter 2027 semester in the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law. The course, "Droit de l’entreprise III: Droit financier" (DRC4593, Section AA00), will cover corporate finance law, banking, and capital markets with an interdisciplinary approach. It will also address the legal oversight of the Canadian financial sector, legal relationships between financial institutions and their clients, and the essential components of securities law.

Requirements

An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Competence in second language: Passive.
Course Schedule: Monday 16:00-19:00 - - On-site.
All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
