About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Products Liability Practice in its Los Angeles, California office. The firm’s Products Liability Practice represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in a wide range of matters, including those involving automotive products, chemicals, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food products, and consumer products. The practice emphasizes trial counsel work in federal and state courts and regional or national coordinating counsel roles. The role is suited to an attorney with substantive litigation experience and an interest in products liability law. The firm is also open to developing attorneys with strong litigation skills from other practice areas. Lewis Brisbois describes its environment as growing and collaborative.
Requirements
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- One to seven years of experience in all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in products liability law.
