Products Liability Associate Attorney
About The Position
The Atlanta, Georgia office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Products Liability Practice. The practice represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in a wide variety of product matters, with trial counsel handling cases in federal and state courts and serving as regional or national coordinating counsel. Its work covers industries including automotive, chemicals, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing and retail, and consumer products. The firm is interested in attorneys with products liability experience as well as developing attorneys with strong litigation skills and an interest in products liability. Candidates should have substantive litigation experience and be interested in joining a growing, collaborative firm. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- One to seven years of experience.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Experience in all phases of litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
- Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in products liability law.
