The University of St. Thomas is seeking a Productivity Tools Administrator to join the Innovation & Technology Services department. This role is the primary technical administrator for enterprise productivity platforms, focusing on Microsoft 365 collaboration services and institutionally supported generative AI tools. The administrator will be responsible for configuration, governance, maintenance, and optimization, working collaboratively with various ITS teams in a shared service model. This position acts as a subject-matter expert and Tier 2/3 escalation point for platform-related issues and advanced use cases, and contributes to the technology intake process.
