About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Productivity Solutions Consultant (Remote) in the USA & Canada to help Managed Service Providers bring modern productivity solutions to life — faster, smarter, and with real partner impact. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility sales role at the heart of Pax8’s cloud marketplace — where productivity, partner success, and the next wave of AI-enabled work collide. You’ll help partners modernise how their customers collaborate, secure information, and get more done, while growing your own expertise alongside new marketplace capabilities and emerging technology. Requirements

  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales, with comfort managing a full pipeline from qualification through close
  • Extensive experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and translating product value into business outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Office 365, and how they map to customer needs
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and the channel ecosystem (experience with managed service providers is a plus)
  • Confidence navigating technical conversations across productivity and cloud fundamentals — with the ability to keep it human and outcome-focused
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage activity, forecasting, and account hygiene
  • A track record of high performance, resilience, and consistent follow-through — you enjoy targets and take pride in exceeding them
  • Relationship-building ability across phone, video, email, and social platforms (including LinkedIn)
  • A growth mindset — you’re curious, coachable, and excited by change, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
  • Must hold valid right to work in the USA or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound demand — respond quickly to web and phone enquiries, qualify needs, and guide partners toward the right productivity solutions
  • Keep leads moving — follow up creatively and consistently so new and existing opportunities stay warm and progress
  • Show, tell, and sell — run engaging product conversations and demos, align solutions to outcomes, and close with confidence
  • Win as a team — collaborate with Partner Solutions Engineers when deeper technical support helps unlock the deal
  • Build a healthy pipeline — manage funnel activity, forecasting, and next steps with discipline and pace
  • Be a trusted problem-solver — partner with Service Delivery to investigate issues and help resolve concerns smoothly
  • Keep clean records — maintain accurate account notes, activities, and reporting in Salesforce (and related tools)
