As a Productivity Engineer, you’ll help teams work smarter by improving planning, workflow, and field execution with better data, Lean thinking, and hands-on support. We’re looking for a Productivity Engineer to develop, implement, and sustain Lean and Agile process improvements across construction projects and all project phases. In this role, you’ll work closely with field leadership, project teams, and support functions to improve field execution, productivity, safety, and workflow reliability through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement practices.
