You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a engineering field (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment, including process/material flow analysis, Lean manufacturing, root cause problem solving, and variability reduction in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience with manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, automation, and technologies such as robotics, AGVs, AMRs, and ASRS.
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting equipment commissioning, validation, and production startup activities.
  • Five (5) years of experience managing projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing and operational improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with process simulation, discrete event simulation, or digital manufacturing tools.
  • Experience with MES, ERP, or SCADA systems.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Simulate, simplify, and optimize material flow and manufacturing processes to improve throughput, reduce bottlenecks, and minimize non-value-added activity.
  • Develop process maps, labor analysis, capacity models, and cost-benefit assessments to support project planning and execution.
  • Lead process improvements that reduce variability and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate automation opportunities to improve productivity, consistency, and operational performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Support equipment selection, testing, installation, and validation activities.
  • Lead or support automation implementation projects, including equipment integration, workflow redesign, commissioning, and startup.
  • Establish standard work, operating procedures, and training materials for new or improved automated processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as throughput, cycle time, uptime, scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness to measure results and identify further opportunities.
