About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Production Worker in Seneca, SC. This is a full-time opportunity offering recognition programs and weekly pay. The work environment is climate-controlled, air-conditioned, and your safety is our #1 concern, with PPE provided. All shifts are available.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
• Required PPE: safety shoes and safety glasses
• Ability to stand, squat, push/pull, reach overhead, and climb a ladder

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to manufacturing and quality standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures
• Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
• Assemble, inspect, test, repair, and pack components
• Maintain workflow on a fast-paced production line
• Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and quality guidelines
