About The Position

The Production Worker is responsible for general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and cooler service equipment. The role supports workplace and environmental safety while meeting company, legal, and other requirements. Duties include setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production, inspecting and documenting results, reporting malfunctions, and maintaining a clean assigned area.

Requirements

1–3 years of general work experience.
Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior production or manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
Knowledge of industrial technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
Visually inspect production runs and document results.
Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the assigned area.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Perform physical activities including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling; lift 50+ pounds.
