About The Position

The Production Worker is an hourly, full-time role at International Paper’s Portland Box Facility. The position pays $23.84 per hour, increasing to $28.18 per hour following the new-hire evaluation period. Employees work four 12-hour days per week and must be flexible to work any of the listed shifts: A Shift (7 AM–7 PM), B Shift (7 PM–7 AM), or C Shift (7 AM–7 PM for two days, followed by a 24-hour break and then 7 PM–7 AM for two days).

The worker may be assigned to open positions throughout the facility, which may include forklift driving. The role involves handling materials and products, monitoring and adjusting production equipment, maintaining records, and performing other duties assigned by a supervisor. Responsibilities

• Sort manufacturing materials or products.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, and products.
• Work in open positions in the facility, which may include forklift driving.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
