About The Position
New England Sheets currently has an exciting opportunity available for Second Shift Production Workers, at our Devens, MA facility! Our starting pay is $22.00 per hour, plus $1.25 shift differential. As a Production Worker, you will match load tags with units, measure and inspect all units for discrepancies, and continuously maintaining cleanliness of work areas and inspecting all units for quality. Requirements
- Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality
- Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
- Willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team
- Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment
- Ability to work overtime as requested
