About The Position

Mann Lake Ltd. is hiring an entry-level Production Worker for a full-time, year-round weekend day-shift role at its wood plant. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour, consisting of $19.00 per hour plus a $1.50 weekend shift differential. No experience is required; training is provided. The role involves working with hands in a fast-paced environment, operating equipment to manufacture wooden components, and maintaining product quality and a safe, clean workplace.

Responsibilities

Learn to perform multiple functions within each machine center throughout the wood plant.
Manufacture wooden components using a variety of saws and equipment.
Perform visual inspections to ensure high-quality products.
Communicate with supervisors to ensure safety, quality, delivery, or cost issues are handled quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Work independently and collaborate with a team.
Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment when interacting with team members and internal customers.
