About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is hiring Production Workers to join their growing manufacturing team on 2nd Shift. This role is ideal for individuals seeking their first manufacturing job or those looking to continue their career as a Production Worker or Assembler. The company provides paid training to help employees succeed. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys hands-on work, and desires to work for a growing company with advancement opportunities. The schedule for the 2nd Shift is Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, with a pay rate of $14.50/hour, which includes a $0.50/hour shift differential. Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Requirements

• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift and move production materials throughout the day
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Production Worker, Assembler, Warehouse Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Factory Worker, General Laborer, or Machine Operator is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom air filters according to work instructions
• Perform production assembly of filter components
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Measure, cut, and handle production materials
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
