While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Requirements

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
removes tenders from carcass
sort and grade product
make boxes
bag finished product
pack bagged product into boxes
tape boxes
scale boxed product to required weight
label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
