About The Position

Mann Lake is hiring a short-term Production Worker for Hand Assembly for approximately six weeks. The company provides training, and manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position.

The role involves assembling materials into finished products, labeling and packaging products, reporting mechanical or material issues to a supervisor, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. The position requires mobility and frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, lifting, crouching, and reaching. Lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting products weighing up to 50 pounds is required for most jobs. Responsibilities

• Assemble materials to produce finished products.
• Attach the correct labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes.

• Perform other work as assigned by the department supervisor.
