About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring Production Workers for its Skyline Homes manufacturing facility in Leola, Pennsylvania. Under general supervision, the Production Worker works as part of a team on a production line building manufactured housing and performs quality work at a fast and consistent pace. The role involves manual labor in the assigned area, maintaining a neat and clean workspace, reading tape measures, blueprints, and orders, communicating with coworkers, and using hand, air, and electrical tools. Applicants must be able to pass a seven-panel drug screen. The position is non-exempt.

Requirements

• Less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Must be able to pass a seven-panel drug screen.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving more than 100 pounds.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing.
