About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker for its team in Weiser, Idaho. Under general supervision, the employee works on a production line as part of a team to build manufactured housing and complete quality work at a fast, consistent pace. The role involves performing manual labor in the assigned area, keeping that area neat and clean, reading tape measures and blueprints or orders, communicating with coworkers, and using hand, air, and electrical tools. The position is non-exempt. Applicants must be able to pass a 7-panel drug screen. Champion is an equal-opportunity employer and participates in the E-Verify Program.

Less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to pass a 7-panel drug screen.
Ability to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear regularly.
Ability to walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
