About The Position

Production Workers are needed in our Ft. Dodge, IA plant. This role involves operating and monitoring semi-automated production equipment, performing palletizing tasks, and assisting with various manufacturing operations. The company is America's largest metal food packaging producer, dedicated to sustainability and innovation, and is rethinking how to make metal food cans through increased recycled content, modern process overhauls, and renewable energy procurement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, ensuring efficient machine operation and accurate material feeds into equipment.
• Perform palletizing tasks using semi-automated palletizer equipment, efficiently stacking finished products on pallets to meet production needs and safety standards.
• Assist with various manufacturing operations tasks, including clean-up duties, part sorting, and acting as a relief operator when necessary.
• Receive training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator, achieving ongoing growth and development milestones within the role.
• Contribute to additional production tasks as assigned by management, helping maintain a smooth and safe manufacturing process.
