Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment to support efficient production and consistent product quality.
- Monitor machine operation and ensure materials are fed accurately into production equipment.
- Operate semi-automated palletizing equipment to stack finished products safely and efficiently.
- Assist with packaging, material handling, and other manufacturing production activities.
- Perform clean-up duties, part sorting, and general production support tasks to maintain an organized and productive work area.
- Serve as a relief operator when needed to support production line operations.
- Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
- Complete training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator.
- Develop new skills and work toward ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
- Perform other production duties as assigned by management.
