The Production Worker-1 role involves a variety of tasks essential to the production process. The primary duties are directly related to the specific job title being performed. Key responsibilities include proficiency in bundling, cutting, spreading, wrapping, and staging pallets. The role also entails loading Gen III Shipments, handling shipping and receiving of bowling orders, and receiving and unloading fabric shipments, as well as other shipments as needed. Adherence to all Agency and OSHA safety regulations is mandatory, along with maintaining a safe work environment and following the Agency attendance policy and supervisor's instructions. Training and certification on forklift operation are required. The position is responsible for following a schedule for preventive maintenance on all Cutting department equipment, which includes tasks like changing cutting blades, resetting cutter software parameters, and cleaning equipment parts. The role may require frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Additional hours are mandatory when needed.
