About The Position

This entry-level position is responsible for visually inspecting and removing finished parts from a moving anodizing line. The Production Worker removes finished parts, identifies and removes defects, distinguishes scrap defects from re-run defects, and efficiently packs finished parts while following standard work procedures and maintaining a clean work area. The role may also include other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Ability to use both hands to pick up and manipulate small parts simultaneously.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles, and colors.
• Ability to read and set scales.

Responsibilities

• Remove all finished parts from the row.
• Consistently identify and remove defects from a moving line.
• Follow all standard work procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area.
