About The Position

CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring Production Workers to support our Operations team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for preparing and assembling interior automotive units, such as Instrument panels (dashboard) on a moving production line, while contributing to SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required (copy of certificate to be provided at interview).
  • Ability to work enthusiastically and effectively in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven team environment.
  • Strong manual dexterity to perform a sequence of precise, repetitive tasks.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination.
  • Ability to use hand tools; training will be provided.
  • Effective verbal communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast‑paced, rotating line environment.
  • Ability to stand, move, stretch, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.
  • Perform occasional lifting and material handling; most lifts do not exceed 25-40 pounds. Heavier or awkward loads are handled with mechanical assistance or team lifting in accordance with ergonomic and safety guidelines.
  • Availability to work up to 40-48 hours per week, subject to production demands.
  • Must be flexible to work ROTATING day and afternoon or a straight night shift, overtime, and Saturdays when required.
