About The Position

Inspect the tops by checking for delam, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown. Collaborates with Production Line in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste. Organize the skid area, sweep up all buttons, throw away miter pieces on the floor, and blow designated areas. Perform 5S Checklist. Lift, carry, and move countertops. Inform alert line coordinator of hot tops/reruns and bad tops. Report all problems to the supervisor before leaving. Other duties as assigned.

Flexibility to work 5–6 days per week and more than 10 hours per day, as needed.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
