About The Position

This role is an individual contributor with no direct reports. The Production Worker is responsible for transferring raw materials from storage to production using a riding pallet jack or forklift, and transferring finished products from the production line to the freezer. They will also offload delivered raw materials and other supplies to the storage area, stack and organize pallets, maintain a clean working area, and remove empty combos and garbage pallets from the department. The position requires compliance with facility and organizational policies governing workplace conduct, safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. The role also has the responsibility to understand and implement appropriate safety procedures through education, training, use of protective equipment, and adherence to safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in related field is preferred.
Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Ability to follow verbal instructions with accuracy
Stand up Forklift
High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Transfer raw materials from storage to production using a riding pallet jack or forklift.
Transfer finished products from the production line to the freezer.
Offload delivered raw materials and other supplies to storage area; organize according to facility specifications.
Stack and organize pallets and maintain a clean working area.
Remove empty combos and garbage pallets from department.
Complies with facility and organizational policies governing workplace conduct, workplace safety, food safety, good manufacturing practices and any other operational policies as established.
Perform other duties as assigned.
