About The Position
Primary duties will be conducive to what job title they are performing. Production Worker-1 must be proficient in Bundling, Cutting, Spreading, Wrapping and Staging Pallets, Loading Gen III Shipments, Shipping and Receiving Bowling orders, Receiving and Unloading Fabric Shipments, unloading other shipments as needed. Follow all Agency and OSHA safety regulations at all times. Maintain a safe work environment. Follow Agency attendance policy. Follow supervisor’s instructions. Must be trained and certified on forklift. Responsible for following a schedule of and performing preventive maintenance on all Cutting department equipment (example: changing cutting blades, resetting parameters in the cutter software, cleaning all working parts of equipment). All other duties deemed necessary. Maybe required to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and if required lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Additional hours if needed are mandatory. - Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime, alternating lunch and break schedules when needed.

Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office products preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
