About The Position

Belt Power, LLC is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. This role involves hands-on production, shipping, receiving, and installation work that supports customers in the manufacturing and processing industries. The associate will be involved in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication, working in the shop and occasionally at customer sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoys working with their hands to solve mechanical challenges.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements accurately using a tape measure
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Forklift experience
• Maintenance, production, or belt technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Building, repairing, and fabricating conveyor belts and components
• Installing and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor belting
• Receiving, verifying, and organizing materials and parts
• Picking, packing, shipping, and recording outgoing orders accurately
• Working with freight carriers and couriers
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Using tools and equipment safely while following all PPE and safety requirements
• Representing Belt Power professionally at all times
