The Production Versatility is responsible for assisting diverse tasks across various production areas. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, performing various tasks across different production stations as needed, filling in for absent or vacant positions within the production line, performing manual tasks such as sorting, packing, and labeling of meat products, following production schedules and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring adherence to food quality standards and safety protocols, collaborating with team members to achieve overall production goals, operating machinery and equipment as needed based on assigned tasks and training, and reporting product issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Other duties may be assigned.
