About The Position

Freudenberg is seeking a Production Supervisor for its 1st shift. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating production team members to meet safety, quality, and output targets. The supervisor will execute and monitor production schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain adherence to standards. A key aspect of the role is championing a strong safety culture, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for training and developing employees, communicating shift performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
