About The Position

Production Utility must be willing to work their scheduled shift including nights and weekends; additional overtime may be required. The role involves supporting production lines by supplying materials, performing sanitation and clean-up duties, stacking and storing packaging supplies, and participating in equipment start-up, change over, and shut down. The position requires the ability to work as a team member, read and understand company documents and procedures, and perform additional related tasks as assigned. The specific shift is B Shift, which runs from Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to lift, move, push, pull 55 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
• Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends
• Willing and able to adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary personal protective equipment
• Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
• Should be a current, regular, full-time, or part-time employee.
• Must have no more than 4 points at the time of bid and when job begins.
• Should not have any active written warnings, final written warnings or on any last chance agreements.
• Been in your current position for at least six months and employed at SC Pet Solutions, LLC for at least six months.
• Must meet the job qualifications listed on this job posting.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Support production lines by supplying with materials as needed
• Perform various sanitation and clean up duties to maintain work areas
• Stack and store packaging supplies in an orderly manner
• Participate in start-up, change over and shut down of operating equipment
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to read and understand company documents and procedures
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned
