This role is responsible for developing and auditing training assignments, procedures, and curriculums. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate verbal information into clearly written procedures, work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines, and possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills. Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to judge and control documents with consistency in production. This role also involves coordinating with disciplines to establish manufacturing training workflows, managing non-exempt team members effectively, and developing skill versatility matrices with HR and other departments. The ability to develop and drive metrics to meet production needs is also essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10 years of Manufacturing Experience
  • 5 years of Supervisory experience directly in Manufacturing Training
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Experience developing and auditing training assignments, procedures, and curriculums.

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines (simultaneously managing multiple documentation projects).
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Excellent listening and observation skills.
  • Well organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to judge and control document with consistency among the process in production.
  • Has ability to coordinate with disciplines to establish the work flow of manufacturing training.
  • Has management skills to manage non-exempt members throughout the process under effective quality, cost, and delivery aspects.
  • Has ability to coordinate with HR group and other disciplines to develop and control skill versatility matrix with grading scales with impartiality throughout the process
  • Has ability to develop and drive metrics to meet production needs.
