Production Trainee, Hustle Stats
About The Position

The Production Trainee, Hustle Stats, will work closely with the Basketball Strategy and Analytics and the Basketball Operations Departments by watching games in real-time and flagging operational situations for review by Basketball Operations and Referee Operations officials. The position may also perform other video and content-related work, as directed.
Requirements
- Superior level of basketball knowledge
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills and active listening skills
- Precise and detail-oriented approach to all tasks
- Experience playing, coaching, and/or officiating basketball
- Basketball video analysis
- Must display a passion for the game of basketball
Nice To Haves
- Advanced spreadsheet experience (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor live games and report all Basketball Operations incidents in real-time
- Identify and tag hustle stats during live games for publication and team distribution
