About The Position

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Field Assistants for its Pennsylvania division. The positions are field based and involve traveling to work sites throughout Pennsylvania, and occasionally surrounding states, approximately 20 days per month. Field Assistants perform gas well testing and flowback duties, supporting the rig and maintaining equipment while following safety guidelines and directions from the on-site Supervisor. Work may require being away from home and working shifts that exceed 12 hours.

Requirements

Able and willing to work away from home.
Able and willing to work necessary hours that may exceed 12 hours per shift.
Able and willing to follow directions from the on-site Supervisor.
Ability to communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers.
Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies, and willingness to ask questions when unclear.

Responsibilities

Assist with rigging equipment in and out for the job.
Assist in maintaining and servicing well testing equipment.
Perform and record accurate readings on gauges and monitors.
Perform site maintenance as directed by Field Supervisors.
Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers.
Follow applicable regulatory rules and regulations, asking questions when requirements are unclear.
Adhere to Colter safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Follow directions for assigned duties from the on-site Supervisor.
Travel to worksites and perform gas well testing and flowback duties.
